  • Sign the switching agreement and fax it to DataRx at 903-465-0799. Allow 48 hours for DataRx to setup your information.
  • Simply change, or have your software vendor change, your dial up number for each insurance policy to 888-246-4598, which will allow you to connect directly with DataRx.
  • If you have any difficulty changing these numbers in your dispensing system, then simply call DataRx and someone will gladly assist you.

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.

Q. I would like to take advantage of the speed of the Internet transactions, but my software does not support Internet claims. Can DataRx still help?

  • DataRx has a virtual modem product that allows any pharmacy that can send claims over an external modem the ability to send claims over the Internet, regardless of the operating system.
  • Pharmacies can use dial-up ISP, DSL or ISDN links. This increases the transaction time 2 to 10 times, depending on the type of pharmacy software being used. Typical time from the press of the "send" button to the start of the label printing is under ten seconds.

Q. Will my software vendor allow me to transmit through DataRx and what are my options?

  • YOU OWN your dispensing system and patient information. Take control of YOUR DATA and YOUR BUSINESS. The choice is yours: remain complacent or change your pharmacy dispensing system.

Q. Why should I switch through DataRx?

  • Take control of your own destiny, protect your dispensing data and enhance patient confidentiality, while benefiting from the most advanced technology available.
