The RxSense Administrator Program is the most feature rich and functionally flexible program available today to help you manage your pharmacy benefits plan.  It provides instant access to “real-time” information remotely and facilitates member eligibility maintenance, formulary management, and reporting.

Enrollment & Eligibility

Most DataRx customers choose to utilize the RxSense Administrator Program on their desk top for the maintenance of enrollment and eligibility data.  It provides “real-time” access to patient data and dynamic updating.  If the plan chooses to automatically send electronic files to DataRx, then updates are posted within 24 hours of submission.

The RxSense Administrator Program enables plan sponsors to:

• Search and identify patients based on multiple data elements
• Add new patients instantly upon hire
• Modify enrollment information as patient demographics change
• Document termination dates in “real-time” to negate the chance for post-termination approval of benefits

Formulary Management

DataRx prides itself in being able to customize our offering to specifically address the requirements of each plan sponsor.  The RxSense Administrator Program enables flexibility in the choice and development of a formulary.  The plan sponsor may choose an open formulary or a very tightly managed, multi-tiered closed formulary.

The RxSense Administrator Program enables plan sponsors to customize their formulary by Plan, by Group, by Patient, or by Product and puts them in control to set and manage all discounts, co-pays, prior authorizations, and network pharmacy access.

Reporting

DataRx enables anyone with the appropriate authorization (as determined by the plan sponsor), instant access to real-time reporting via the RxSense Administrator Program on their desk top and the capability to export the information to word, PDF, or excel.
