HPA performs complete claims processing and administrative functions for Hospice organizations, whether large or small, with a single office or with multiple. The main services offered include: claims processing, consolidated billing, drug utilization reports, formulary management, pharmacy provider network management, drug price updates, drug file maintenance, and rebate management

Drug Utilization Management and Formulary Management services are also available to better manage the per patient day cost to the Hospice. Our pharmacy services department can tailor the program around the needs of the Hospice.

HPA also maintains a Hospice buying group to access better pricing for the pharmacy and to access manufacturer rebates. There are no membership fees to be included in the HPA Buying Group. Just let us know if you want to join and which wholesaler you prefer. HPA is responsible for notifying your wholesalers.
