How do I start switching with DataRx and just how difficult is it?

Sign the switching agreement and fax it to DataRx at 903-465-0799. Allow 48 hours for DataRx to setup your information.

Simply change - or have your software vendor change- your dial up number for each insurance policy to 1-888-246-4598 allowing you to connect with DataRx.

If you have any difficulty changing these numbers in your dispensing system, then simply call DataRx and someone will gladly assist you
How much does it cost to transmit claims to DataRx?

DataRx is pleased to offer extremely competitive switching fees and the lowest data collection fees available of all switching companies participating in our market share rebate program.

DataRx also offers batch transmissions and cash claim processing for your convenience. Please refer to your switching agreement for exact pricing.
How long do I have to sign a contract for?
I would like to take advantage of speed of the internet transactions, but my software does not support internet claims?

DataRx has a virtual modem product that allows any pharmacy that can send claims over an external modem the ability to send claims over the Internet, regardless of the operating system.

Pharmacies can use dial-up ISP, DSL, or ISDN links. This increases the transaction time 2 to 10 times, depending on the type of pharmacy software being used. Typical time from the press of the "send" button to the start of the label printing is under 10 seconds.
